Another super-quick post... I decided I needed a business card holder for the meeting in Shanghai so I whipped this up. I really like it. :)

Queen Anne's Lace Scarf
This is a scarf pattern I was testing for MK Carroll. The original pattern was written for one of my absolute favorite ever yarns, blue sky alpaca cotton... but I have such a stash now it seemed silly to go out and purchase more yarn. So I made it instead with lion barnd color waves. The boucle yarn makes the stitch definition hard to see and the end result looks almost felted. Kind of cool...

Flip Flop Luggage Tag
I won't be able to get any work done until I get this out of my system...
These were such a cute and easy little project, I could not resist. I got the pattern from the Hawai'i Ben Franklin craft store page, here. These are made of lion brand microspun, but I might try cotton next for a more durable version.

Doggie Sweater
This was a super-quick project, but not the most elegant thing ever. I hope it fits! (the dog, not me.) I worked it up in Fibonacci stripes; 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8.

Tube Sponges
I thought I'd go ahead and post a progress picture of the tube sponges I'm working on for the nice people at the Institute for Figuring. After sending them a previous batch of hyperbolic crochet forms, they asked if I could help out with an upcoming exhibition by working up some tube sponges/finger corals. They will be installed upright, but they're laying flat here. The original photo for inspiration is included below.
