Here's a random photo of a cheese I bought at Staff of Life just because it had Wallace and Gromit on it. I am so susceptible. It tasted like a cross between blue cheese and cheddar.

OMG! You have got to bring some home with you this summer. David LOVES Wallace and gromit, i think he'd get a big kick out of it. :)
How'd it taste?
It was OK, but I didn't eat it fast enough. It was more of a crumbly "salad" cheese than a creamy/dense "cracker/snacking" cheese. It also took me forever to get through the wax coating.
